What you’ll get

  • 6 Live Sessions - with each weekly module, we’ll have a presentation, group discussion, and Q&A on Zoom.

  • Session Replays - all presentations will be recorded to allow for self study and replay

  • Resources - we’ll give you practical tools and resources that to support you with each module.

  • Community - you’ll also get access to a private Facebook Group for daily support and interaction.

  • There are no hormone medications or supplements provided, that is between you and your Doctor.

    What we will do is empower you with the knowledge and strategies you need to take control of your hormonal health, and get the right treatment.

  • Our next program will run in Spring 2024. Please contact me to get on the waitlist for the next session.

  • Yes! We’ll aim to schedule our Zoom sessions in a timezone-friendly way, but in case you can’t make our calls, you can submit your questions ahead of time, and watch the recordings when convenient for you.
