Recipe : Asparagus with Mirin and Ginger
Ingredients:
1 pack baby asparagus
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1 tbsp shallot (chopped)
1 tbsp tamari & mirin
Oil spray
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger and shallot and stir fry for 2 mins.
Add mirin and tamari.
Add asparagus and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
