Recipe : Asparagus with Mirin and Ginger

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack baby asparagus

  • 1 tbsp shredded ginger

  • 1 tbsp shallot (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp tamari & mirin

  • Oil spray


Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. 

  2. Add ginger and shallot and stir fry for 2 mins. 

  3. Add mirin and tamari. 

  4. Add asparagus and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
