Recipe : Blackened Salmon
Ingredients:
200g of Salmon (remove scales, wash and pat dry)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp cayenne powder
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp dry mustard
Salt & pepper
Oil (spray)
Pinch of stevia
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Rub the mixture into the salmon and marinate for 5 mins (or longer if you have time).
Heat oil in a pan.
Cook salmon for 2-3 mins each side (or to your preference)
Serve with a yummy big salad or green vegetables of your choice
