Recipe : Ginger and Lemongrass Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
3 stalks lemongrass (chopped into tiny pieces)
1 tbsp grated ginger
Handful coriander (chopped)
Salt and pepper
Oil (spray)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients.
Marinade chicken for 15-30 mins.
Heat oil in the pan.
Cook chicken for 2-3 mins each side (depending on thickness) or until brown, cooked through and tender
Serve hot and garnish with chopped coriander.
