Recipe : Grilled Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon (juice)

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp. paprika powder

  • ¼ tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp ground coriander

  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)

  • Fresh coriander

  • Fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil (spray)

  • 2 chicken breast (boneless)


Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into the food processor.

  2. Pulse until coriander and parsley look chopped.

  3. Slice chicken into strips or mini fillets.

  4. Put chicken into a large Ziploc bag.

  5. Pour the marinade over chicken.

  6. Toss it to evenly coat the chicken. 

  7. Let it marinate for at least 30 mins - 1 hr.

  8. Heat pan and oil. 

  9. Cook chicken on medium heat just until cooked through.
