Recipe : Grilled Moroccan Chicken
Ingredients:
1 lemon (juice)
½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika powder
¼ tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground coriander
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
Fresh coriander
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Oil (spray)
2 chicken breast (boneless)
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into the food processor.
Pulse until coriander and parsley look chopped.
Slice chicken into strips or mini fillets.
Put chicken into a large Ziploc bag.
Pour the marinade over chicken.
Toss it to evenly coat the chicken.
Let it marinate for at least 30 mins - 1 hr.
Heat pan and oil.
Cook chicken on medium heat just until cooked through.
