Recipe : Smoked Paprika and Cumin Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower (cut into small florets or slices)
1 tbsp of cumin (ground)
1 tbsp of paprika powder
1 tsp black pepper (ground)
Salt
Oil (spray)
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 375°C.
Put the cauliflower in a Ziploc bag.
Pour cumin, paprika, salt & pepper.
Shake the bag until all the florets are evenly covered with all spices.
Spread florets in a baking tray and roast for 25 mins., turning once or cook until gently brown in colour.
