Recipe : Spanish Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 15-20 pcs prawns

  • 3 pcs Thai chili pepper (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil (spray)


Instructions:

  1. Season prawns with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan.

  3. Add chili and sauté for 2-3 mins.

  4. Add garlic stir/sauté for 30 seconds.

  5. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 mins or until cooked through.

  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley.

  7. Serve immediately.
