Recipe : Spanish Prawns
Ingredients:
15-20 pcs prawns
3 pcs Thai chili pepper (sliced)
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper
Oil (spray)
Instructions:
Season prawns with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chili and sauté for 2-3 mins.
Add garlic stir/sauté for 30 seconds.
Add prawns and cook for 2-3 mins or until cooked through.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately.
